Welcome to Mezze Labs Apps! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of all applications created by Mezze Labs. By accessing or using our apps, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Mezze Labs Apps, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and software, are the exclusive property of Mezze Labs and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

User-Generated Content: Content that you create using our apps (such as AI-generated images) belongs to you. However, you grant us a limited license to store and process this content to provide our services to you.

Subscriptions and Payments

Some apps offer premium features through subscriptions or one-time purchases:

Billing: Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly, yearly, etc.)
Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time through your device's subscription settings
Refunds: Refunds are handled according to the policies of the app store (Apple App Store, Google Play Store, etc.)
Price Changes: We reserve the right to modify subscription prices with advance notice

Third-Party Services

Our apps integrate with third-party services to provide functionality, analytics, and enhanced features. These services include but are not limited to Google Firebase Analytics, PostHog, Adapty, Replicate, and Expo.

You acknowledge and agree that we shall not be liable for any damage or loss caused by your use of any third-party services. Each third-party service has its own terms of service and privacy policy, which govern your use of those services.

By using our apps, you consent to the data collection and processing practices of these third-party services as described in our Privacy Policy and their respective privacy policies.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Mezze Labs Apps are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

Implied warranties of merchantability
Fitness for a particular purpose
Non-infringement
Uninterrupted or error-free service

We do not warrant that the apps will meet your requirements or that any errors will be corrected.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Mezze Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

Your use or inability to use our apps
Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein
Any bugs, viruses, or other harmful code transmitted through our apps
Any errors or omissions in any content

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Mezze Labs, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of our apps or your violation of these Terms.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our apps immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the apps will immediately cease.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Mezze Labs operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our apps after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
